Holiday Plan

Make sure that you turn your summer break into an opportunity to increase your fitness. Plan your training days as specifically as possible. Check your plan and make sure it does not contain a break for which you plan to be in poor condition. Making a plan and sticking with it is challenging enough. Making a plan to deliberateley feel bad is clearly self sabotage, isn't it!
