Summer Running
Key running tips:
- run tall 
- hips forward 
- use your arms to create drive in the direction of travel( hopefully forward) 
- if you do all of this you should find your feet landing underneath you rather than infront of you. 
Deceleration with the foot landing forward of your hips wastes a huge amount of energy.
Don't force the foot strike position though, set it up with thoughtful movements as described.
Why not pump out a k or 2 with your new technique tips.
Avoid hard concrete, tar is actually softer!!
