Start your running program this week and give yourself time to complete the perfect fitness program lead up to the Melbourne Marathon in October. 5k fun run all the way through to a full marathon, all your sessions are carefully tailored to give you your best chance of running your best race yet. Saturday 8am at Central Park Malvern is the place to be, because we have a running group leading the way in Malvern. Lynx Personal Training Fitness sessions are the part of your fitness program that keeps you on track , and you also receive expert technique advice as well as a fun run program to get you to your goal.
