Well done FebFasters!!

We are all but at our goal.

Collectively we:

  • Endured a dry alcohol-free February.

  • Sacrificed sugars

  • Missed out on meat

  • Made good health decisions

So much awareness of what we were eating and drinking had the added benefit of giving us a lift in our exercise routines as well.

Some tried, tired and true triathletes emerged from the misty ocean. Some kilos slipped-off through the hot and very dry month of FebFast. Lots of discussions about it all really lifted us all to new levels.
