What do you eat?

It is the single most important factor in maintaining a healthy weight, food!

You can exersize until the Angus come home, but if you don't eat well you may still gain weight.

Get your Nutrition right and you can maintain or lose weight without lifting a finger;The recomendation is to exersize for at least 40 minutes per day or more! but the fact remains that food type and amount of food is vital for good health and stable weight.
