Aim: To survive ongoing cyclonic conditions

Place/ Distance: Essex Heghts-Malvern-Essex Heights

Mode: Cycling

Time: 2 X 23 minutes

Fitness Training effect: Light- A few hills, but short distance.

Weather: Ongoing cyclonic conditions

PT Equipment carried: Just a back pack with a change of clothes

Clients: I feel like some Lynx Personal Training groups are ready to to step up the pace :)

Magpies: 0 - too windy for them to hit their target...

On Time Arrival? Early , due tail gale!

Comments: I admit the radar image might not be from Melbourne today...
