Happy 1 month anniversary

Aim: Arrive at: 6:30 am-Tan-Run group, 8:00am-Malvern-Circuit boxing, 9:00am-Malvern-Circuit boxing on-time! and feeling fresh.

Place/ Distance: Malvern -Tan - Malvern 16k

Mode: Cycling

Time: 23 minutes x2(Tan)+ 5min x2 - (Malvern)

Fitness Training effect: Fantastic! 16K ride plus a 7.5k run at the tan-2 laps

Weather: 16C @ 6:00am Warmish & Windy

PT Equipment carried: All decked out with some new stuff(see above). Boxing gloves, stretchy bands, 4 x 2kg weights and stretchy bands for the Malvern groups.

Clients: Looking super fit and keen, though there was 1 yawn noted ( Jo ) :-)

On Time Arrival? Yep 6:29 am, 7:56 am, 8:55 am

Comments:

  • The Tan run was just perfect for the legs after a 10k weekend race

  • Transit time is constant 23 mins to tan

  • Napping at 3pm! is a scientificly proven health benefit after 5:20 wakeup....

  • Lynx mobile has had a hitch! (there was a hitch missing and can't connect to the bike...that's important!

  • Return buggy and purchase new complete unit to carry a liitle more equipment to Malvern

Is this a good idea? Happy 1 month anniversary of being car free...
