EAT GOOD FOOD!
When increasing exercise it is VITAL to meet your nutrition requirements, even more so than normal. My body has been sending VERY clear messages telling me that quality fuel is needed!!....Since the little wake-up call, I have made a more concious effort to get a wide range of fresh food including even more bananas!, green salads and good fats like Avocado' s, I have felt a LOT better!. Its quite amazing how good the good food feels when its really needed!!!
